I listed my property with a Big named agency and the agent charged me 6% put me on multiple listing and never showed up again. Christina had come to my house before I listed it to tell me how much my home was worth and came again through the multiple listing to show my home. She sold it with her first customer. I felt stupid because she had offered me a lower commission, more exposure and told me that she would sell my home herself and didn't need any help. She was so confident. I unfortunately thought a big name company would do better, but I now realize that is not true. Her husband Anthony also came and inspected the home before the engineer's report to ensure I would have no problems. I could have saved money with the low commission and let Christina get what she deserved. By the way the other Agent didn't even come to the closing. My Attorney had to mail them the check. I recommend Christina & Anthony highly when you want to sell your home or even buy one. Thank you guys.

Incredible, Anthony & Christina just are incredible, We had our house for sale with RX (big name agency) and they brought us 3 buyers in the 6 month period. We actually listed it with the office Broker thinking we would get better service. The guy never showed after the listing. Anthony and Christina came, inspected, and made some repairs they thought would be a problem to buyers and engineers, AT THEIR EXPENSE!!! Then they began doing open houses every weekend. Even on holidays. They brought me 11 offers in 2 months. The whole process went without a hitch. Why would you choose anyone else. ,

They Pre-Inspected my Home, and made sure there was nothing that would raise flags to the Engineer. They also handled Co's and all paperwork. This was the smoothest home sale I ever had. I Don't see why anyone would hire any other agent.
