We have been in the Real Estate Business for over 15 years.
At first we used to purchase distressed properties, renovate them and Re-sold them at a profit. Being in the Construction Business for many years before that gave us the opportunity to do many repairs on our own, saving us a lot of money in repair costs. We were able to resell the homes at a lower price and sell them fast making a great profit as well as giving buyers a great deal too.
We later expanded our horizons by Helping Homeowners who were in foreclosure, renegotiate their loans with their lenders, or Refinance their loans to avoid foreclosure. It was a great way to help people who had a little stumble along the way to achieving the American Dream. Not every foreclosed homeowner is a deadbeat. Most just had a bad streak and can't get back on track. We help them get their home back and prevent them from getting in trouble again through our counseling.
Then we began selling Real Estate. Sales was a great way of opening new doors to opportunity. Now we are able to help Homeowners who are selling their home prepare their home properly so it will attract buyers. We also help make any repairs necessary to make sure that the Engineer will pass the home. If any permits or Certificates of occupancy are needed for any extensions, dormers, sheds, decks or other add-ons, we are able to get them for the seller easily and in a shorter time than he/she can alone. We also help the buyers by giving them a great home, we help them get a great deal on a Mortgage and help get the paperwork needed to close their loan. After purchase we help them by doing improvements for them at a discount or if we can't, we help them evaluate the proper contractor who will do the job.
We are not here to make a quick dollar. We are here to be your Realtors and friends forever. Our Goal is for your Satisfaction and your Future referrals. Our Name and Reputation is more important than a quick deal or quick buck. We have made many buyers happy Homeowners and made many sellers very profitable.
